How marketplace supply works — a six-step cycle
Supplying a marketplace is a loop, not a one-off transaction. These six steps are what we run with every partner.
1. Marketplace onboards us
Commercial terms, documents, credit terms and category scope are agreed, and a vendor account is created on your platform.
2. We list our catalog on their platform
Our catalog is mapped to your category tree and uploaded with Arabic and English titles, bullets, attributes and compliant imagery.
3. Marketplace places a PO
Your category team forecasts demand and raises a purchase order against agreed pricing and lead times.
4. We supply & fulfil the order
Goods are picked, packed to your labelling standard and delivered to your nominated fulfilment centre in Riyadh, Jeddah or Dammam.
5. Payment received
Invoices are settled on the agreed term — 7, 15, 30, 45 or 60 days from invoice or goods receipt.
6. Replenish & repeat
Sell-through data drives the next forecast, assortment widens, and the cycle repeats.
